Good car park, plenty of spaces, well lit, secure, spaces are big. Lots of disabled spaces near the entrance and some parent child parking.nQuiet expensive to park but convenient for shops.nDepending on parking location, some entrances only have 1 lift which takes ages when there's a queue.nPay by card or contactless only.nSignage can be confusing and some areas needs more signage.
Great car park, always find space and the spaces are wide enough. I don't like small car parks with tiny places, when you feel like your car isn't going to fit. This is not that place there are multiple floors so there will always be space. The price isn't the best could do with being cheaper but it depends on how long you need to be in the center for. After 6pm the price drops and there is a set rate to park in the evening. Which is great for shows or just going out for dinner.
Overall, it's a good car park that is fairly spacious, especially compared to some of the others around.nnThe areas are colour coded to make it easier to find your car.nnThe main issues are signage. When you park, it's pot luck as to finding a sign that tells you which way to the lifts and shops, unless you happen to park close to them.nnWhat's worse is if the centre is closed. There is no signage on the doors to point you to the pedestrian entrance! If you go to the clock entrance, you then have to walk through to the other side, down along the building and down the ramp. This doesn't feel safe considering it's made for cars!
Not the cheapest option for day shopping but a good call for any evening events in the centre.nI parked up and had to exit via the entrance ramps because the shopping centre was closed. Easy enough to find my way back after the concert and super easy to exit quickly rather than queuing for an hour to pay before being able to exit the car park.nnRoute walking from Concert Hall to here is fairly well lit and all pavements. Might be wary as a lone person going back to the car, but no more than I would be walking to other car parks in the city.nnWill definitely use this place for any future evening events. £5.50 was a bargain compared to other places. Well lit, clean, security on site and lots of cameras. Spaces are a decent size too.
A good place to park with plenty of parking spaces. Prices are a bit too high but still affordable.
