Friendly approach from the receptionist who said there was no problem with my being a NHS patient. I was seen for a first time check up by Fabio who made me feel really at ease and didn't recommend any unnecessary work unlike a private dentist who I had recently visited. I left feeling very confident I had made the right decision to join the practice.

Very good. Whatever receptionist they had trouble with is gone - the chap I talked to was excellent. Quick appointment - saw the dentist - Mohamed who was very good - didn't suggest a load of work done on my teeth that I didn't want - just fixed what the problem was. Nurse who worked with him was very pleasant too. All in all very happy and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Absolutely dreadful. I had check ups booked for 6 months. Had a phone call an hour before my appointments cancelling because the dentist left a month ago! No apology from the lady who rang she just kept repeating. It's not my fault! This was Saturday, I asked for the manager to ring me on Monday to rebook but it's now weds and I have heard nothing even after leaving an answerphone message on Monday requesting a call back. This on top of a crown fitted incorrectly by a dentist there and having had to have 2 lots of remedial work on it within months of having it done. This practice has no concept of customer care and the dentists they employ have questionable skills. There is also a very high turnover of staff. Do not recommend !

It was all very good. Three visits with excellent results.

Lovely dentist but I can never get through and even when I have left a message I do not get called back. 4 days with a cracked tooth and not one call back :-(
