Since our dog, Bailey, has been a puppy, we’ve come here for all the treatments and help he’s needed. The whole team is incredibly accommodating and just genuinely lovely people. They have looked after our dog and given him the best care. Regardless of what he’s been through he still wags his tail when we get there and loves all the fuss and attention he gets. In terms of pricing they really aren’t too bad if you compare with other vets. Highly recommend!
Always excellent service. I have three cats registered here and have annual checkups. One of my cats is a stray. I am always impressed with the advice and guidance I receive when I call for help. I recently brought in a 16 yr old poorly stray that I called Tiger Tiger. I had found her but wanted advice on her care and possible treatment. I was told she had only 2 weeks to live as she had a heart murmur, end of life liver/kidney and heart disease. She sadly died two weeks later as stated but the vet team showed her love and care above and beyond. They were all so kind to this poorly wonderful stray. Thank you everyone.
My Shih tzu male goes here and I have nothing but praise for the vets as they are always Good with him. My Male Shihtzu is on a monthly plan which includes flea, worming and Injections. I recently rehomed a little girl ShihTzu and wanted her to go to this Vets however I was told I cannot put my new Shih tzu on a plan like my male Shih tzu due to they no longer do these plan!. Only for existing customers which i am! Basically the staff went you won't get a plan anywhere like we use to do so your have to just pay in full. Well there is another local vet who do these plans who has been nothing but professional and brilliant with my new female shih tzu and I'm disappointed in you guys for being un professional trying tell me to go else where or pay full costs. Then to recently find out that other people recently have set up plans for there pets. Sad because the vets were lovely but disappointed in the staff and company to treat existing clients like this!.
I respect everyone who works at a veterinary clinic, it is a difficult job and the staff here always seem to do their job with a smile on their face. However this is not the place for rabbits. They successfully performed a spay surgery on my rabbit and always were very helpful. However their knowledge on rabbits was limited to only the basics, and I had to have my rabbit euthanised when they couldn’t diagnose e.cuniculi and give her the correct treatment, even though she could have been saved if only they had done one simple test. I spent hundreds of pounds taking my rabbit here every few days and asking them what’s wrong with her and what I can do to help. The only response I received from all their staff members were “I don’t know”. Money was not a problem for me, yet they still didn’t try to help. I even took her to the emergency clinic miles away when she started having seizures and all they told me was that she was fine and it would pass. That same week I buried her. I’m disappointed that people who have trained years for their job could only manage to tell me that they didn’t know what was wrong with my rabbit instead of exhausting every option. She could have been saved and no amount of upset, complaining or anger will bring her back. Bring your cats and dogs here, by all means, they know what they are doing when it comes to them. But please take your exotic pets like bunnies and Guinea pigs away from here, your better off with someone who knows what they are talking about and gives or at least tries to find you some answers. Thank you again for looking after my rabbit until you decided you just could not be bothered anymore.
Would not give my dog hoilday pain relief, very upset that my dog was in pain so now they have struck my dog off without any vet in place and no written notice, my dog has a long term condition that needs pain medication. They have a problem with me not my dog but nobody else can take her either.
Our lady - Alina, I believe I remembered correctly - she was amazing. She explain everything. She was patient and she was more than happy to answer to all my question. My cat is getting really nervous at the vet so she recommended to get some calming pills before visit - none of any vet advise me to do that before. She was really nice and patient. I definitely will recommend this place and come back if needed.
Everyone was very professional & knowledgeable. Having taken my cat to another vet first I was very impressed with your vets speedy diagnosis of his injury. Plus whilst all the private vet fees seem astronomical to me at least Vets4pets are somewhat cheaper.
It’s ok. Had a little miscommunication I’d say when booked a package for the kitten as wasn’t given any details as to when to bring him back and as we were past the deadline I wasn’t sure about so this led to me having to pay a lot more. Also impossible to get a quick appointment if needed so I’ve had to take him else were for an injury.
I always fine when I visit or phone that the vets, nurses and receptionist are very polite and helpful. The vet or nurse will always explain everything to you. I have never had any problems trying to get an appointment and all the staff are friendly to me and my pet, which is what you want to see and know that you pet is in good hand and that they really care.
First brought one of my dogs to this vets 7 years ago and quickly transferred the rest of my animals here. They have always been fantastic, whether it’s been chronic conditions, check ups or coming to our home to put a dog down. Raluca in particular is an amazing vet. Have recommended this surgery to multiple people and trust them completely. The clinic staff have always been friendly and when I call or pop in with one animal, they always ask after the others and remember their names. The only negative is a shortage of staff manning reception sometimes which can mean waiting or taking a while to answer the phone. But this is down to a shortage of staff and not due to any of the staff working there.
