Not impressed one bit. Was kept waiting for an absolute age then when I did finally see someone who no assume was the receptionist failed to acknowledge that I was even there. She just sat behind her computer and stared at the screen. Wasn't sure if she knew how to turn it on. Very very poor.
Fabulous vets, everyone is always so lovely and with all the fuss she gets my dog actually enjoys coming here. Wouldn't go anywhere else :

Only being given a weeks notice that the practice was closing. Lady on reception was lovely but the lady on the phone that we had to ring head office was so so rude
