Have been using this vets for the last three years and have always had a really good experience. Always very helpful and informative. They even manage really well with my one naughty cat who hates vets. Would recommend them every time
The surgery has great care, lovely staff, late opening and reasonable charges. They take their time to make sure my cat is as well looked after as possible and often have special offers on reduced price vaccinations. I've never had problems getting an appointment.
WARNING. If your cat or dog is brought into this vets by someone thinking they are a stray, upon identifying you as the owner via microchip they WILL NOT hold your pet! They will release your pet with the stranger that brought it in almost immediately less than 2 hours in my case. They even told me I'm not my cats owner and have no right to claim her even though she's microchipped with my details!! As was the case, people were feeding my cat and attempting to claim her as their own they had taken her there to be neutered!!. This vet allowed these people to take my cat home while knowing that they were not the owners!
Absolutely amazing care provided here. Friendly staff and very clean. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
A fantastic practice who really take care of your pets. Friendly, helpfull, caring staff who go out of their way to assist you and your pets. Very sorry to hear they are being closed down, a great loss.
Dr.lauren Horton. Extremely grateful to her and the staff, she saved my beautiful cat Dexter after he was hit by a car, resulting in his pelvis being broken in two places along with other serious injuries.only for her quick intervention and getting Dexter stabilised and moved to the cat hospital he would not have survived. Dexter is now home and improving a lot after 3 months excellent care.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Have not had to use them for any major vetinary care other than rabbit neutering and vaccinations.
Welcoming staff with genuine interest in the wellbeing of our cat. The vet explained step by step treatment and after care for Chubbles. Lovely caring environment. Highly recommend 5 stars
Lovely vets. Never had a problem with them and they are amazing with my chihuahua. Desk staff are also really lovely and have a chat with you well you are there. If you are looking for a vets you can trust then this is the place.
Very nice staff brilliant with my two dogs
