Fantastic. I travel an hour to get here because I just know my pets are safe and nurtured with them. And enjoyed. It's never just another cat/dog/ etc. Each one is fussed and loved equally. I like the experience from parking, to leaving. The staff are so caring and considerate. Thankyou all.

The nurse that looked after my guinea pigs was lovely and friendly and told me about PF of my guinea pigs and their weights, she also compared their weights to the last time they had been. She was fantastic. I am just sorry that I didn’t get her name.

The Staff at the Botley branch as super lovely and caring. Lucy is the best vet, she is so friendly with our dog George, always makes things simpler and takes her time to make George feel at ease. Nothing is too much!
The reception staff are amazing bianca and I’m sorry don’t remember the blonde lady. But they were so kind and patient. The vets Lucy and dan were so kind to my dog and to me as well explaining everything .
Absolutely lovely vets who are Welfare focused not profit focused, you can see their genuine passion for animals! They have always done the best for Sparkle. They have a genuine love and care for animals. Sparkle is a sensitive rescue and they have always taken all her needs on board to keep things as stress free as possible for her without a problem. I was also very impressed by what a great job they did with her amputation! Sparkles loves Lucy & Vets4Pets!
The receptionist lady / nurse was very friendly and helpful. Our dog is very nervous but the lady gave her some treats and even got to shake a paw. The vet we saw Natasha was brilliant. She understood that our dog was nervous and she took her time to gain some trust. She explained everything to us, including the prices, and administered the kennel cough vaccine with no problems. Flea and worm treatment were given to us promptly and the next appointment was made, at a time we wanted, with no problem. Because our dog is so nervous and she hadn't been into a shop before, we were quite worried how she would cope. All thing considered it all went very well and we were very impressed. Thank you.
I live near to Banbury and there is a Vets4Pets in Banbury, there are also lots of vets in between where I live and Botley, however I choose to drive that bit further because of the staff at this practice. They are all so lovely, knowledgeable and whenever I have taken my animals in, whether it is for the annual vaccination to having them spayed I know they are in the best hands and that they will be treated as if they are the staffs own animals. Thank you for going above and beyond EVERYTIME.
