Took my elderly cat here on a Sunday and was apprehensive about using an emergency vet as I thought it may provide an impersonal service at a difficult time. My cat needed to be euthanised and I felt that both the vet and the vet's assistant provided a compassionate and honest service and treated him in a very caring way which made the whole process easier. I don't feel that I could have asked for a better service at such an emotional time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vets.

Awesome place. Spacious and putting pets first. Love the dog and cat wards and staff are lovely! 10/10!

Terrible service. Brought my elderly dog for euthanasia and was kept waiting for 45 mins with a a dog that was in pain and distress.
They also managed to mess up arrangements for his cremation. Made an already distressing time much worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
