Our 2 year old ESS had bloody diarrhoea ( sudden onset) so we took her to Vets Now on Bank holiday Monday. Viv our vet assessed her and told us our beautiful girl had HGE and was very poorly. Ruby was admitted and treated with intensive fluid replacement and other medicines. Viv was so friendly and reassuring and kept us up to date with her progress. Ruby had to stay in on fluids for 2 days and I know without the excellent care she received, we wouldn’t have Ruby with us now. I would like to thank the team from the bottom of our hearts for saving our precious Ruby.

This morning my dog lucky was put to sleep at the age of 21years old the staff were lovely and were so gentle with my sick boy can't thank them enough we are so upset to loose our baby boy but he couldn't of gone any more peaceful than he did. Thankyou vets now Colwyn bay xx💔

Had to visit for an emergency on a sunday- excellent thorough service.

Although more expensive than normal hours vets they were excellent and sorted my pets emergency problems.

The only out of ours vets that would see us at short notice. Friendly and compassionate staff.
