It was the first time I used this service at the pharmacy and the quality of service was excellent.nThe vacinnation was performed by Pharmacy Technician Magda, who was very professional and highly skilled. She put me at ease, was very courteous and knowledgeable - she patiently answered all my questions. Thanks to her, the injection was painless and the experience was stress free. I had no side effects. I am very pleased I have chosen this pharmacy.
Received fantastic, professional service at Verwood Pharmacy whilst having my flu and Covid vaccinations done by Magda. She was very friendly, informative and put me at ease as I’m very scared of needles. The injections were painless and didn’t even wait in the queue as Magda asked if there is anyone waiting for vaccinations and took me straight to the very clean consultation room.
Great Pharmacy and staff. NHS tracker system was down so they were unable to dispense my daughters prescription but the staff quickly resolved the issue and after a discussion with the pharmacist she was able to prescribe something and was all resolved within 5minutes!
Verwood Pharmacy are a 1000% better than the previous pharmacy I dealt with before moving to Verwood. They get my monthly medication together very quickly after receiving the prescription and then text me to let me know it's ready. The service is always friendly and prompt. Plus they open 'till 8pm!nThanks Verwood Pharmacy team :-
A lovely kind pharmacy team who carefully explained all details relating to both flu and CV jabs. Extremely professional and effective service but with a warm and approachable manner. Facilities were spotlessly clean, modern and light. Great experience thank you.
