The cars are well looked after, although the same can't be said for clients awaiting a service or other work.

The customer area, has uncomfortable seats and on the past two occasions the drinks machine has been out of action as well as the fridge being empty.

Vertu should remember the dealer standards they sign up to and ensure that the customer is kept happy whilst waiting for the car to be mended as well as during ownership.
