From start to finish it was a pleasure to purchase my new car from Vertu Honda Plymouth. It was simple to book a face to face appointment and I was fortunate enough to have Ethan to support me through the process of part exchanging my vehicle and driving away with my new car. Ethan explained everything clearly and concise and was very knowledgeable. He even kept me supplied with Lattes while we discussed all the necessary details.nEverything was straightforward. I viewed the car on a Saturday afternoon and took it for a test drive. Drove it home just 3 days later on my next afternoon off.nFantastic, friendly service and would definitely recommend to others.
Ethan went above and beyond to help us buy a beautiful used car from Vertu Plymouth. He was professional, polite and amiable, even though we caused him a few hiccups along the way. Excellent service!
With a history of issues with car dealers previously I did a lot of research into people's experiences with this dealership, I'm pleased to report that the positive perception I gained from that has been borne out with the right kind of service. There's nothing worse than being sold to by some creepy individual who's KPI's are more important than the customer, these guys are sincere, and understand that a customer is not just for sales day. We visited two of the Plymouth branches, settling on a purchase from the second we visited. Helpful, clear, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. I feel we are being cared for rather than sold to. I will be popping in for a coffee as they invited us to once we have some mileage in the car, to feed back our experiences of its use and help develop the relationship further, as I will be looking for another car soon and this will be where I'm going.
I have had many changes of car but never enjoyed the experience as much as I did at Vertu Plymouth.nDominic Gilbert was so helpful, friendly and kind talking me through the procedure.nEven celebrating the new car and new year with a glass of alcohol free Prosecco.nToby talked me through the car itself and answered my questions knowledgeably.nI have since had a 400 mile journey and am very pleased with the car’s performance and comfort.nI will can recommend Vertu Plymouth and will continue to use them in the future.
Vertu Honda Plymouth were great because of the staff. I would like to give a shout out to Dan Provost who assisted me over the phone and email to answer queries. Most of all I would like to thank Trudie. She was very amazing during the entire transaction from start to finish. She even delivered the vehicle herself. She made sure I was happy with the purchase and I had everything I need. Thank you Trudie!
