Recently purchased a used Honda Jazz from Vertu Honda Plymouth and was very pleased with the high level of customer service given. The salesman James was very respectful, polite and even came in on his day off to finish the transaction and hand the car over. Overall we were extremely impressed and liked the way the Honda dealership operates.
It was my first time using Vertu Honda and I was really impressed. I just required the automatic transmission serviced which they did for a good price. The car got a free wash, hoover and health check too! Being sent a video of the health check was a nice touch. Dropping off the car and picking it up couldn't be nicer, plenty of parking, a coffee if you need to wait a few minutes. I was looked after by Gemma throughout the process, she was friendly & lovely.
Having changed from Rowes, to a large corporate company vertu is was a little apprehensive that I'd get the great customer service I was used to with Rowes.nI needn't have worried. James was fantastic at sorting my service & recall out. They even hoovered & washed the car after. Nice little touch. Gemma was very helpful & friendly too, answering many a tricky question the best she could and providing me with the information needed.nSo far so good. Thank you Vertu team Plymouth
From start to finish service from the sale staff was excellent. From finding the right vehicle and arranging for it to be provided for inspection and test drive, to explaining various finance and service packages and hand over of the new vehicle, was all made very easy.
I cannot praise honda Plymouth enough .nJames is friendly , polite and professional.nA special shout out to sam for hernExceptional knowledge. We thought we had a problem with our air con and Sam immediately had it checked there and then for us , saved us a fortune !nWe were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. I'm so glad we have our future service plan here . I feel we are in safe hands . Many thanks indeed
