Had a one hour session here and it was brilliant. The instructor  young female was enthusiastic,  knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and supportive. The session was fun, enjoyable and enlightening. All the gear was included and easy to use. I learnt some new skills and was so glad I visited. My confidence has grown. Thanks.
