Only experienced good customer service - not sure about the other negative reviews!   Encouraged Courtney to keep up the double rollers and quick service.  Plus very important that customers are made aware of what they are ordering before they order.

What a total.and utter shambles . Still not supplied the correct parts , blind been sitting on the floor unused for 2 months . Disgraceful. Who runs this show? I would like to meet him/ her . Customer service people , we have spoken to 7 so far are full of false sentiments . Very upset and feel we have been ripped off.

Blinds cut to size, but 6mm too short. Significant burn marks on edges from the cutting process. I would recommend you avoid

I've ordered 'blackout roller blinds' as stated in their website and  received the thinest blinds ever. They are refusing to refund me as they say they are not blackout even though they advertised them as so. Be careful with the website and what you order!
