Now closed and was always a bit random with opening hours and whether the kitchen was operating. But a new owner, an Esquires Coffee franchise, is taking it over, currently doing a big refit and aiming to open end April, with much longer opening hours. Apart from coffee they will be doing breakfasts, lunches and tapas in the evenings with much more use of the town square area, planters and sun/rain shades. It has always had a wonderful, sunny terrace and the best looking architecture in Brentford. So I'm looking forward to trying out the new venture in May.
Lovely food n lovely staff! First time round Brentford just coz we’re around the area and stumbled across this cafe. Their smoked salmon n avocado is THE BOMB! I’m quite a frequent google reviewer but also write a Instagram travel blog with my gf, if you’re interested follow us @natandkonami

We went today looking for breakfast as the website was showing a breakfast menu. We were told that there is no kitchen function at the moment so no breakfast. I am sure the other products are good but its annoying that the website is not up to date.
Lovely chilled place with delicious pastel de nata and great coffee. Friendly attentive staff. Spanish guitars playing in the background. Thumbs-up
Nice and cozy bakery. The food is amazing and the staff so kind and caring. I will come back for sure to enjoy a coffee and a pistachio cake. I ate it once and it was terrific!

This is authentic place I couldn't see only local repeat customers. Soup was very nice. Staff is helpful.
