Very clean and welcoming in an excellent location, practical for the hospitals, universités, access to Manchester centre, dining out especially curries and Arab food. Highly recommended.

All good, room was nice and clean just a bit expansive i think.

Great location only 10 minutes walk from the Academy, friendly staff/owners, clean warm rooms with comfy bed. We will return in future also recommended to book direct for best price. Thank you!

Friendly host, made us feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean and tidy bedroom and bathroom!

First impressions count so drove off and found somewhere more suitable,,,can of larger left on doorstep and blinds all closed no parking  put us off...

Awful place, wouldn't go again. Damp, smelly room. Uncomfortable bed. Couldn't get hot water in the shower. When we complained, we were told there was nothing wrong with the shower. Cooked breakfast was luke warm.

Tried to contact the hotel with regards to a cancellation due to the current situation but have not received any correspondence

Lovely hotel, host was very warm hearted, location is close to center, room is excellent

Quickly made welcome by a member of staff. The room was small but comfortable with shower room en suite. Breakfast costs extra but was a delightful got cooked vegetarian breakfast.
