Politely phoned to request another appointment as they was late phoning! I asked how I go about complaining and then she put me through to the doctor I assume. Then the doctor said “I can’t talk as I have my CANCER appointment soon” and I said you are putting your personal circumstances on me right now, and then he started raising his voice and I asked him polity to stop raising his voice and I asked him to hold as I needed to record the conversation as he was VERY ANGRY! As soon as I said I needed to record the way he spoke to me he hung up the phone. I phoned back and politely asked to re book an appointment and the lovely new reception said there was one for next week and. I said that’s fine and then the other receptionist came on the phone and said due to the conflict so the doctor getting ANGRY on the phone that we couldn’t get referred there anymore and had to go back to the GP. The appointment was at 2pm and they phoned at 2:11pm. And the rude receptionist said “we wouldn’t give a time due to being busy and I said well I have a letter in black and white saying 2pm. Absolute disgusting!! The professional doctor using his CANCER at patients. Disgusting
Reception lady today was so patient and understanding. Had a home visit for my poorly mum, and in my absence, it didn't go as planned. Receptionist afterward was so patient, kind and listened so well. Query for my elderly immobile mum was sorted while on the phone . A huge thanks to the receptionist, and of course the very understanding gp on klinik. People looking after loved ones try as best they can without bothering the nhs, but sometimes it gets too hard. What a lifeline in the community. I wish I could thank my receptionist and gp on klinik personally, you are the real hero's for my mum...and in doing so have helped me to help my mum too.
Grateful and sincere thanks to Simone and Dr. Norris for their comprehensive examinations and diagnosis during my extended appointment today. I was seen on time and was completely reassured by the consultation.
Not even worth one star. Absolutely useless so called health workers. No follow up. Serious data leaks. Couldn’t even see someone in charge. You wait over one hour to see a GP. They really need to be looked in to for the lack of care and not following up on complaints and concerns. More effort it in the coffee shop than a doctors surgery.
Can never get through either by phone or online. And when you do it's almost impossible to get past the gate keepers on reception. Also even after investigation and diagnosis from hospital etc there is no follow up from the surgery making the whole process a waste of time.
