Nice entrance. Lots of places to take nice pictures. Parking is good.nFood was okay. Not bad. Wasn't amazing and wasn't poor. The service provided by waiting staff was excellent. Great attention to guests.nCenter pieces were okay. They had a lift aswell which is brilliant for a venue to have for disabled people.nOverall seems alright. Just wasn't amazing and didn't have a wow factor but I would imagine it meets most peoples needs and all the essentials you would expect from a wedding venue to be ticked off.
I attended an mehendi yesterday and I was shocked by the behaviour of the staff waitress and waiters didn’t listen to us. They didn’t turn on the air conditioning it was boiling hot inside. They didn’t give food to the men and kept serving the same table of women. So some got food and about 20 men were left out. They demanded more money yet they had plenty of food leftovers but wouldn’t serve us. Aysha the waitress manager whatever behaviour is Appalling also the service so bad and rude staff unprofessional can’t deal with customers need training in customer service. Avoid this place it’s the worst wedding venue in Luton probably the UK. They are not worth the one star if you don’t want your day ruined don’t go here. Avoid all costs I feel sorry for the family who spent so much money and didn’t get the service and food they paid for.
I have to say this place charges decent money but the food is well below average. Not what you expect when the chef’s simply don’t put in any effort on the standard or the quality of their food. Literally an amateur can cook better than these lot. Because for me and many other’s it’s the taste and quality of the food that matters not the way the venue is set up or decorations.
I have used Venue Central on a few occasions and they have never let me down!nnService was fantastic as always! Food was complimented by all the guests! It's always a pleasure working alongside such a dedicated team. Everything was executed perfectly—couldn't ask for more. In July I attended a wedding of a friend who lives in Amsterdam but had her wedding there. All three days were outstanding, and excellent decor. It was the first time having Pakistani food for me and I absolutely loved it.
