Absolutely shocking experience. Not forward leaning at all and really unhelpful. Wouldn't wait five mins when I was saying goodbye to my cousin at her wedding...tried to suggest that I paid for a missed slot (because so many people want taxis at 0145hrs in the middle of the countryside...). When asked if he'd come back to collect us at 0200hrs he suggested that the price tripled from the original quote and then told me to f*#k off as I walked away from him (Clive). Lovely. Exactly what you want after a family wedding.

terrible - raises prices at last minute. taxi booked by friends of mine a month in advance and price agreed and driver phoned on the day and said he would only do it for extra money. take it or leave it. also aggressive with passengers and said they needed to be outside and waiting 10 minutes before the agreed time until 10 minutes after as he could not guarantee being on time. but if the passengers were late, he would leave. double standards? avoid.

Clive is a terrible human being. He double books turns up late and does not take you to your destination because he is "busy". Customer service at its lowest. He also drives too fast for country lanes (76mph on a one track road) and is very aggressive if you suggest slowing down. He also tried to drag me out of his car. Do not book through these guys. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars.
