I lived here as part of a study abroad program. My stay was three months long, and for the most part I enjoyed living at Vega. The building has 37 floors, with a roof for viewing the city, a small gym, a study area, and laundry/trash area. There are three elevators, which would semi-frequently break down. This made it very hard to get to my room on the 18th floor. The staff were always friendly and helpful. One thing that is frustrating is the main delivery system. When a package is delivered and is too big to go in your postbox, it gets stored behind reception and you have to wait for them to scan it in before picking it up. This would sometimes take a couple days which was annoying. The laundry room uses circuit machines, so you’re spending around £8 per load of washing. This isn’t specific to Vega but just something to be aware of. I lived in a flat with 6 other people. My room had no issues at first, but then my shower drain would hold the water and it would fill up really fast. I had to report this to maintenance twice. The first time, it took 5 business days for the problem to be solved. Then, when it came back, it only took a day. However, the problem never truly went away which was frustrating. The facilities are clean and there a lots of community building events that Vega holds. The building is also conveniently located next to two tube stations that give you access to the Victoria line and the Northern line. There is also a huge Sainsburys near by that’s good for doing grocery shopping at. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience to stay here.
I recently stayed at Vega London and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was modern, spotless, and featured stunning views of the city.nThe amenities are top-notch—I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the gym facilities. The location is also perfect; it’s very well-connected to central London via the Northern Line, making it easy to get around. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in London, Vega is the perfect choice. I will definitely be coming back
The building is modern and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The staff are friendly and always happy to help, too. I’ve enjoyed my time here so much that I’m definitely booking a room again next year!
I had a great experience at iQ, especially thanks to Carolina. She has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout my whole room change process. She took the time to show me different rooms, explained all the details clearly, and helped me understand every part of the new contract.nnCarolina is very professional, kind, and genuinely cares about making sure students feel comfortable and confident with their choices. Her support really made the whole process smooth and stress-free.nnHighly recommend speaking with her if you need anything while living at iQ.
DO NOT MOVE HERE.nnI just checked in and the common areas are DISGUSTING. The kitchen smells horrible, the living room is full of luggage, the kitchen drawers have luggage and clothes. There are bees and expired food on the table. Dirty dishes and glasses.nnThere’s food on the sofa. The fridge smells horrible. I swear I could throw up.nnWho lives in this conditions?nnI just paid £340 per week for this accommodation for 9 more weeks. I don’t think they ever send a cleanernnMy mattress and the carpet have also stains. See pictures.nnI am really disappointed.
