Had an issue with my carpet cleaner not drawing up the water properly / rang customer services and got through pretty quickly. Natalie answered from Customer Services, listened to my issues then quickly took me through checks which revealed the issue to be simple to resolve - really helpful and knowledgeable service, polite and a lovely north east accent to boot! Vax carpet cleaners are great machines and the service is terrific - also found out my warrenty is good to 2027!
Terrible carpet cleaner machines. It all about fake marketing. The machine shreds and combs the carpet surface which wrecks it and then gets clogged up in the neck of the machine which is impossible to fish out. Ended up at the tidy tip within a month. Had tried to sell it for £20 with no takers, then tried giving it away—nope. Failed design really which should not even be on the market.
Great place to work if you are happy to be very physical on the job. The staff are very easy to get along with, and i can honestly say that it's been a long time since I've been happy in a job.
Bought a Vax rapid power plus carpet cleaner model no CWGRV021 from John Lewis. It blew up first time of using it, shards of metal came from the base and it began to give of dark smoke managed to switch it off before it set on fire. A quick search on internet about this issue and there are numerous reported similar incidents by other people. These carpet cleaners are dangerous and should not continue to be sold.
bad place to work, they dont give you the chance to practice and they dont teach you how to get into the job. They dont consider their staff and the admins are lazy. The pay is low for what you are required to do. They also dont allow room for mistakes.
After buying a vax platinum a week ago it’s not working properly. I bought direct as thought that would be easier bad choice as anywhere else I would have taken it back or rung for advise. The phone line cuts you off although they said they new it was me and needed to register had an email from vax telling me I didn’t need to register as I bought directly from them So eventually finding an email address I emailed on weds still waiting for a proper response this is beyond a joke when you pay hundreds for a product.
I have contacted them 3 times now as the floor machine I purchased only worked 3 times and then stopped working altogether. I should have known when after purchasing directly from Vax I did not receive a receipt of payment. I have heard absolutely nothing from them. I will never buy another Vax product again.
Absolutely the worst! Purchased a cleaner from Vax and arived in a dented beaten up box. There customer service is the worst I have had to deal with. There correct and that's that! Sent back cleaner and still waiting for a refund 12 days later. Don't waste your money with this company.
Hi. Well I'm a brummie, from bournville, but I can't share my experience of a visit to you, but I would just like to say how grateful & impressed I was with Gaynor. I rang to just give some feedback. I bought a vax blade in February, the brush bar failed & I couldn't do anything until lockdown eased & I went to currys bh8 & had a replacement. Then the long bar was filling up as there was a fault with the flap to the canister. Unfortunately this 3rd one has again failed...brushbar again. Gaynor & I discussed the products & I wondered whether to upgrade to the 'vax one'. But as I have 3yr extended cover, Gaynor suggested trying another head & is kindly sending another replacement to my home to save to queues & masks. So basically, massive thanks to Gaynor, she was fun, kind, understanding & very professional. In these frustrating times, we need more Gaynors! Many thanks.
