After sadly and suddenly losing my husband who was 32, I went to a number of funeral directors, Vartys felt like home. The whole team welcomed me with open arms and sat with me, chatted with me and comforted me when I needed them most.  They went above and beyond from wearing Mickey mouse ears to a million brews.  I also had my hand cast with Mark's,  I really didn't want to hold his hand so they went above and beyond to cast Mark's and then mine holding Mark's cast. Honestly it is stunning. Highly recommend and not something I saw in other places.  Thank you to each and everyone of you!

We used Vartys for my Grandmother's funeral and I cannot recommend them enough. The care, compassion and support given by the staff made a very difficult time much easier for our family. We honestly couldn't thank them enough for all that they did. Personal yet professional, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much.

Jut an heads up to anybody ordering an headstone from Vartys in Ince,don't bother. We ordered One on the 3rd of March,they asked for 6 to 12 weeks after 10 weeks they asked for another 6 to 12 weeks,but said more like 6,this was as the headstone was coming from India! After the full 12 weeks and no headstone I emailed them as to why the job was not done,they simply didn't respond! My son rang them,they said they would ring back,they didn't! He rang constantly until someone answered,they told him the ship was docking the first week in August and my wife's headstone would be first,today after more inaction,my son finally got through to someone who informed him they'd changed shipping companies,and it would be October! I have no confidence that this is true,again they say my wife's headstone will be first to be doneI wonder if they said that to their other customers aswellmeanwhile my wife lies in an unmarked grave,by the way,Vartys are situated closest to the graveyard! Please save yourself the stress and do not use this shower!  Update they pulled their finger out and did the decent thiing and got it sorted. My whole family are so relived its been done. So for that i have upped the stars from one to 3.

I have been working with vartys for number of years now providing families with hand castings of their loved ones, they are a very helpful and professional team

I will certainly not ever use this company should I need a funeral directors, one of my colleagues just telephoned to ask a simple question and was met with the rudest woman ever,  certainly puts you off recommending them.
