I pop into the shop every now and then. I've been served by Gary who is very friendly, helps me decide the different products I'm looking for and guides me through my purchase. I'm quite picky and often don't really know what I want, but I know that after speaking with Gary I'll be on the right path. Store is very clean, COVID protocols and protection being followed. All round pleasant experience. Its nice to chat to someone about products, get different viewpoints and experiences. Gary is very knowledgable and I think him for that!
The only vpz that i will go to, the costumer service is like no other always welcomed with a smile and always answer whatever questions i have no matter how silly i think it might. gary and amy are an absolute credit to the vpz team and always go above and beyond for their costumers.
Staff are great especially Gary, he is very helpfull and knowledgeable. Purchased the Nord 2 Kit was good kir but became unhappy with it leaking. Gary recommended Geekvape M100 purchased this on 4th of May can honestly say this is definately the Vape for me and have not smoked any cigarettes since 6th of May. Would definately recommend this model. Thanks again for your help Gary
Brilliant service, always helping me out when you don’t know what to go for and don’t rush you out and very friendly staff would recommend if you are looking for a vape or e-liquid 100%
Great service, staff are always really friendly. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to stop smoking cigarettes to pop in and talk to the guys there. They are very knowledgable and will answer all your questions! Cheers guys!

Brilliant vape shop wouldn't go anywhere else, go in every week for mine and my mums liquid, staff are always very friendly and helpful. They were amazing when I needed to buy a new tank helped me find one that was perfect for me, their range of knowledge is second to none I would highly recommend them.
Wouldn’t go to any other VPZ store now as the Clydebank store is definitely my favourite! Always so friendly and welcoming. Paul is always very eager to help and very knowledgeable about the products which is great. Keep up the good job.
Always used to get the Liberty Flights brand from the One O One branches when i quit smoking 6 years ago but they stopped getting that brand in now and started selling the Vype brand instead which is rubbish so tried this shop to see what their stuff was like. I was really impressed with the selection of different types of refills that they had and the vape starter kits are brilliant as i bought 2 today and they are much better compared to the usual one's i used to get. Staff are very friendly and helpful, great deals on the refills and most importantly, they know what you are talking about when you're explaining on what you are after and looking for. Well worth the money for everything and i will definitely be going back here again. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks a lot for your help today.
Service is outstanding. Superb advice, friendly, good all round. Their customer focused service is second to none.
