Absolutly excellent service! All of the staff are helpful and friendly and I've never once had a bad experience in the few years I've been using this shop. Staff are all very knowledgable and easy to talk to. They all go out of their way to help however they can and make sure you're using the best thing for your personal preference. All so hard working and such good people!

Great shop. Dave, Rob and Kay are especially great to talk to but all of the staff are fantastic. Excellent selection of juices and kits. Really chilled vibe and the vaporized card is great value. Always feel welcomed and always leave with what I need and more.
Always has friendly staff in, went in today and Dave helped me with the replacement coil I bought along with selecting the right liquid that would fit my tastes. I would definitely recommend over most other vape shops in town.
Fantastic staff in this shop, always so friendly. They really don't care that I'm a bit thick when it comes to some of the stuff and explain everything fully and make sure I understand. I have to name drop Kayleigh, Robert and Dave who have all gone above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend this shop.
Very friendly staff and a great selection of liquid and hardware. Highly recommended for those new to vaping due to the whole setup and explanation is given which you won't find is some vape shops. Great for higher end gear as well. Aftercare is second to none.
Couldn't have asked for better people to deal with; the advice they gave was clear and intuitive and they have really helped me get my head around the complexity of vaping. I will definitely be returning to the shop on a regular basis as they not only offer a warm welcome but the products are very reasonably priced too, and they take you through everything one step at a time.
