this is one of the worst company's i have work for as a forklift operator.nnMember of the family when into hospital for a week said i could do 1/2 days was told it would be no issuenHowever when a friend has a suicide attempt last night i get a phone call the following day saying i've lost my job due to it being no way to run a business having people off with short notice but when someone was bleeding what would you donnthe management don't care about there employees as long as the lorys come in and get tipped and shipments to nissan dont stop
Not even a 1 star! Fell Ill on first week of starting continuous sickness and so VanTec dismissed me as an employee.nThey make you stand in a cold warehouse doing nothing for over 30 mins at times. At the end of shift if there is no work you just have to stand and wait for nothing.nWould never recommend to anyone.nManagement all old and not considerate about anyones wellbeing or health.
Great experience, nice friendly staff.
Too many wannabe gangsters in charge with talcum powder habits who bully their staff, pathetic. Some great lad's in the warehouses, salt of the earth, pity about most of the management who treat the boys like they are working in a Victorian style workhouse, no need for this.
