Ordered locking wheel nuts for our motorhome, but the wrong size arrived. Van plus were brilliant we sent the nuts back via a prepaid box and within 2 days the correct ones arrived. No fuss at all. Very impressed.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! My husband placed an order late on Monday (Sept 2015) afternoon; all items received Thursday (three days later)! What more could you ask for? Well done and MANY thanks!

Same problem as Roy. Placed order never arrived after 3 weeks so called them they were at a total loss as to what had happened so "Reshipped" but only part of order arrived, it is my belief they are selling goods that they dont have in stock and then back ordering. Another 3 weeks have passed and still waiting for rest of order! Very polite on phone but very poor at fulfillment

Order took ages to come - after phoning multiple times and them failing to return my calls when they said they would they eventually told me they would send a second set of products out (really - thats the best you can come up with?) eventually the products did arrive... My big tip to this business - pay the extra few pence for recorded delivery - then you have a tracking number you can give to your customers as proof that youve sent something and a proof that its been received - then everyone's happy...
