Very unprofessional!!Had my eyelashes done for number of times.Had appointment made but accidentally mix times up and miss my appointment. Never get any remainder only after1/30h get text about not attending appointment.To get new appointment I was asked to pay full amount of missing appointment,bring in or transfer with PayPal and only then I would be able to get new appointment and sure pay for it after jod done!Finde it very rude,unprofessional.We are humans and things happen,if I would get remainder after 10 min I would done everything to attend it.Addvise everybody to make sure you are not making my mistake or will need pay 80£ for eyelashes.
Stunning eyelash extensions everytime. Cant reccomend vanilla beauty enough
