Vanessa's Fitness Factory is a purpose created boutique fitness studio where you can take part in a variety of exercise and fitness classes including Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Kettlercise, H.Core Kettlercise, Combat MX, Pilates, Pulseroll Pilates, Yoga, Workshops, Bootcamps and much more!
Classes are run on two basis' "pay as you go" or "Monthly subscriptions" more information is available upon request.

I would highly Recommend Vanessa's classes. Vanessa is such a friendly and motivated teacher. Plenty of free parking too. I can't always make classes and the fact you have a choice of pay as you go or to pay monthly is so helpful.

Love Vanessa’s fitness factory classes are great fun and my fitness level are really good for a 60 + woman. Vanessa makes all the classes interesting and enjoyable.

Vanessa's studio is a great place to work out for all ages and abilities. Vanessa is a really good instructor and makes her classes fun whilst encouraging everyone to stretch themselves, she has created a friendly and warm atmosphere here.
