We recently moved to Dover environs and are unaccustomed to living near a high quality independent baker. We ordered a Victoria sponge cake Victoria Sandwich today for our son’s birthday and it truly was gastronomic heaven. You simply can’t get this much freshness and love anywhere else. Kudos to the craftsmanship at Vane’s.
Simply the best bread! Highly recommend their French stick. It is absolutely huge, so much better than the supermarket versions and at the same price. The cakes are always a must.
Wonderful family bakery, needs all the local support to keep this amazing baker going. I have been buying cakes and bread here since I was a kid, so much better than any chain store.
