Struggled to find the factory but found it in the end Being a new HGV pass I struggled to get on the bay I got told to leave the trailer down the side of the building Really nice helpful staff, hopefully in a few months I can back onto the bay when I return

disrespect for the employee.  no communication between managers. blaming others. Thank you. what happened in the last 2 years in Vandemoortele requires no comment.

Disrespect for employees, incompetent managers, there was a problem with the silo but it was not fully solved, there were bugs in the flour but they said that it was all right, for a month while the flour was being checked bugs were still there and people are now buying these cakes in supermarkets. All management and employees knew about it and many people confirm it. In addition approximately 80% of employees have left because they were not given a choice and were not paid redundancy and now they pretend to be a great company.  I don't recommend

They got rid of most of the old workers, forced them to leave without paying the redudancy fee, they gave no choice and in the end they want to cheat, I worked there for 9 years but the present management is a joke, they have no respect for employees, breach of food safety and food hygiene regulations. I don't recommend this company.

Staff don't respect their employees, poor hygiene level. I do not recommend.

Hard too find as it is behind another factory, major work being done ,and when delivering no one wants to know

The best staff, not the biggest factory there but the biggest in heart.
