I recieved a first class service from Van Bank Wales. John’s advice was excellent and allowed me to make an informed decision. The vehicle I purchased was immaculately presented with a full service using manufacturer approved parts to preserve the remainder of the warranty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a van in South Wales! Cheers John.

Brought a few different types of vans over the years from Van Bank Cardiff. Recently purchase a tipper van, once again fantastic vehicle, professional and welcoming service. Professional sales and easy process as usual. Will be visiting again.

Bought a van about 6 months ago from these guys ....spoke to a guy called John who aas really helpful with all the questions i had as i dont know much about cars .!!! Top class service from the enquiry to me driving the van away . Would definately recommend them thanks van bank !!

I bought a Citroen berlingo refrigerated van from van bank and within 6 months it... Needed a new wheel and 4 new tyres (on delivery) The fridge broke after 3 weeks It has an oil leak It failed it’s MOT It had a new clutch The fridge motor dropped out the bottom of the van as the braket had sheared I have just watched it been towed away standing me at a total cost of £7,550 and valued at £1900. Thanks van bank for wasting my money, time and now I can’t do my job.

Blunt, unwelcoming and unhelpful when making an enquiry. Shame as the stock looks passable.
