As an older overweight newbie I feel comfortable coming to the gym. Staff are helpful and great choice of machines. Hours very good also and my subscription rate is excellent.
Been at the valley for years then moved away for 11 years and now back. And have been made to feel as welcome as I was back then. Love the place and the gym staff and reception staff to all very helpful and couldn’t ask for any better. Great guys. Keep up the good work it’s because off people like you that people like me want to come back in the lowest off times especially with our weight issues. You always encourage people in every way. Thank you
Going here since 3 years , they got all equipments and always available to use, and Spa , sauna steam bath and swimming pools neatly maintained. Love this place.
PLACE IS NICE BUT THE SUFF WORKING AT THE POOL IS AWFUL.nTHERE ARE ONLY 2 SHOWERS FOR WOMEN AND THEY ARE SO SMALL THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE A SHOWER WITH A BABY WHICH DOESNT WALK YET AND GET DRESSED . I ASKED GENTLY STUFF IF I CAN USE WITH MY BABY A BIG SHOWER FOR DISABLED BECAUSE IM NOT ABLE TO FIT WITH BABY AND EVERYTHING PRAM INTO NORMAL SHOWER AND HE REFUSED . I HAD TO GO HOME WITH NOT WASHED BABY AND MYSELF STINKY OF CHLORINE. AWFUL SERVICE... IM A MEMBER BUT NOT GOING TO USE IT ANYMORE
Very nice well maintained sports centre. Very clean and tidy. The floor is a bit strangely sloped near the toilets in the swimming changing room and it caught me out. Very impressed with this centre and lovely to see the school kids turning up in coaches to use. Nice one
