Kim Griffiths, Registered Osteopath
Osteopathy is not just for backs. I provide a local hands-on treatment for the whole body from diagnosis to rehabilitation. I tend to use a range of treatments from deep soft tissue massage to more subtle techniques where it may not feel like I’m doing anything at all. The choice of technique will depend on what I feel is best for you, the patient. The important thing to remember is that osteopathy is not all about ‘cracking’ joints, as there are so many other, more gentle, treatment approaches which can be used to equal effect.
