Regarding school uniforms: prices can be quite high-hard for parents on a budget-no choice as only stockist that I'm aware of of specific school badged items in area. However, the quality is good-hardwearing and well made jumpers, PE kits and blazers.
Huge stock, knowledgeable staff.
They not only lost my order and asked me to drive back to get my receipt, they then also said that the receipt was no use when I came back!!! This is the worst shop, still use manual ledgers instead of a computer in 2022!! There must be other uniform shops in Surrey?
Very rude manager can understand it’s busy but no need for the rudeness. Very overpriced and poor quality uniform only went there as had to for the logo uniform everything else is better price wise and quality wise in supermarkets.
Fantastic well appointed store, with very helpful and friendly staff. The young woman who served us was patient and kind, listened to what me and my daughter wanted and found everything for us. I can see why the school uses this shop as it's recommended uniform supplier now, and would happily do the 50 minute round trip again should we need more supplies.

Had to wait a while to get in but that's the age of covid for you. The young lady that helped my son and I was very friendly, dressed impeccably and helped us with all our needs. Highly recommended.
We visited Valentino Schoolwear to try on my daughter's new secondary school uniform. We were greeted at the door by Robbie, who was very friendly, polite and professional. He gave us great advice on sizing and how to get the best value from the uniform. The shop was very covid safe with appointment booking, sanitising, allocated changing area and masks worn. Would highly recommend them and will no doubt be visiting again in the future.
Buyer beware. Great for purchasing, very happy to take your money but shocking to return. Have just been accused of washing and marking an item never worn due to Lockdown I wanted to exchange for a larger size. How this business can be so rude to customers in the current climate is incredible. Completely oversold uniform not needed for Winston Churchill previously. How this business can have a stranglehold over consumers beggars belief. In any other area of business it would not be allowed.
Helpful staff and pretty quick transactions, but they never pick up the phone!!!! It takes me 45 minutes for a round trip, all I want to do is make sure they have what I want in stock before I make my journey!! 2 days ringing and no answer! Very frustrating! As with all uniform shops, they are quite expensive. It is annoying because you can get better quality materials in supermarkets, M&S etc, but as I said this goes for all uniform shops because they know you need it and can charge whatever they please really. Overall, not a bad shop, but parking can be awkward and nobody likes to take calls.
