Excellent vets. They have looked after our family pets for nearly 20 years. Unfortunately have had to use their emergency service on more than one occasion. Fortunately always with a happy outcome because of their knowledge, facilities and most importantly care. Highly recommend.

Lovely state of the art vets. Came here with our dog for some routine vaccinations. Vet was lovely and very thorough. Was also lovely to dog and understood he was a bit nervous. Very clean and tidy and a great range of services.

We were referred here because our dog had unexplained lameness and needed a CT scan. They are one of the few places with the expertise and equipment to achieve a proper diagnosis. Very efficient and professional.

Staff were polite and courteous from the offset. They phoned with the appointment, made it clear what would happen and what they expected of us. My questions were answered clearly. We were an hour early for our appointment having to travel some distance to get there and staff suggested taking my dog into the field to pass the time. Once in with Sian the vet she was thorough and asked lots of questions about my dog. She clearly explained the tests that would be carried out and put my mind at ease. As it would be many hours for my dog to be ready to come home both Sian and the receptionist suggested some villages near by to visit. Much appreciated as I do not know the area. All in all the vet and staff put my mind at ease and I left with my dog awaiting the results.

Vale Vets are excellent. Professional and vvvv caring. My two dogs and cat have had amazing treatment, saving one from a potential fatal accident They are there 24/7
