August 2021 - Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Great range of used and new pianos, all well presented and in excellent condition. Making an appointment using the website contact form was straightforward. I was allowed to try all the instruments and was not rushed at any point. I was given good advice without any hard sell. Vale were able to get my chosen piano delivered to Liverpool within a couple of days for my sister's birthday - just outstanding!  June 2022 - I returned to Vale in March 2022 to look into an instrument for myself. Once again, I was welcomed, shown around, given good advice without hard sell, and allowed as much time as I needed to try out the instruments. The staff also moved an instrument from a carpeted room to one with hard floors so I could better assess the sound of the instrument I was trying. I purchased a beautiful used Schimmel grand piano that Vale happy to keep for me for 6 weeks while building work was completed in my home. Delivery was handled brilliantly by the Vale team again.  I have recommended Vale Pianos to friends, one of whom I know is very happy with the Kawai upright she purchased from them. A wonderful place - do visit them!

Vale Pianos carried a tremendous refurb of my old piano, installing a digital keyboard in the old frame. They were so careful with the work and involved me whenever there were queries. They also preserved for me various parts of the old mechanism, which had manufacturer's details and dates stamped on them. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Fabulous piano shop with excellent customer service...my dad had early dementia and they always also gave me the headsup re: piano tuning appointments. Even went as far as to extremely diplomatically let me know when a family member was trying to sell my dad's piano behind his back :- :-

We had a really enjoyable visit. We were able to relax and enjoy playing the vast range of pianos without feeling any pressure to purchase. Advice and support was readily available. Chose a piano and time of delivery was confirmed the next day. Delivery was efficient, to time and the whole experience was one we could recommend unreservedly.

I bought my piano and matching adjustable stool from Vale Pianos. I have been delighted with my purchases, and value the expert advice that I was given before I decided which piano to buy. There was a wide choice of instruments for me to try out before I made a decision about which one to buy.  The staff have also given me valuable advice and information about choosing a suitable digital piano for my granddaughter.

We had a great experience with Vale pianos. My husband and I turned up without making a booking as we hadn't checked the website for the advice ‍ with our 2 year old in tow to boot!! We were fully made welcome and our little one was encouraged to have a good go on the pianos too. Great information and advice given in a very un-pushy manner much  appreciated. We chose and ordered over the phone and then were lucky enough to receive our digital piano the next day - due to stock availability and deliveries being made near to us. Over the moon with the service, kindness and professionalism of all we met. Thank you. P.s the piano is ace! I will now play like Matthew Bellamy from Muse!!
