Having visited a resident on numerous occasions, I was fortunate enough to have seen them play a game of Bingo. The upbeat interaction of the Bingo caller with the residents was excellent, and entertaining.  What a great guy!  Sorry, unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. The staff are great with all the residents.  They ensure the particular needs of each person is met to the highest standard. I cannot find fault with this establishment.
