Had my mk7 clubsport serviced last year by these guys. All I can say is top notch service and you’ll struggle to find anyone more knowledgeable about VAG vehicles.
1st Class Service. I don't think I can take my car anywhere else and I live over 100 miles away. Got it back better than when I bought it. 10/10 for knowledge honesty and quality
Absolutely terrible customer service, called them on a bank holiday to see if they were open and the response was disgusting to say the least, no professionalism at all. The person couldnt calmly say they were closed but abruptly said ‘its a bank holiday in loud and firm voice’ assuming I would know they would be closed - thats not how you talk to a potential new customer. Dont know where their positive reviews come from?????
Took my sq5 to Tomas as the engine needed a rebuild as the bottom end spun a bearing ! he was the only person what helped me,nAs the bill was very large he let me pay it over 8 months he made the process possible for menNow the car drives perfect fine, very professional and he knows his stuff
Asked for quote for pre-purchase inspection regarding audi s4 and enquired about the common problem rocker arms with the B9 engine 2017-19. Very friendly and nice people. Thanks for the help!
