This is the second time I've had my hair coloured. The first time it was from a different Salon and I didn't have a good experience. I've got to say this is the best Salon I've been to, even for just a trim. I always go to Emma and she does an amazing job every time. She listens to exactly what I want and gives great advice! I'd trust her with my hair anyday. The atmosphere is lively and fun. All the staff are nice and friendly. I would recommend to anyone. I absolutely love my hair thanks to Emma! Hair and makep booked for my mum in law and myself. My first ever visit. The ladies were very welcoming as soon as we entered the salon,  attentive with warm smiles. My makeup was done perfectly.  Neutral with copper eyes. Stunning! My hair I left to them and I absolutely loved it. My mum in law went for a very subtle makep up look being the mother of the bride. Her makeup complemented her stunning outfit. Her hair was delicately pinned up. Mother of the bride looked and felt amazing. Both her and I left salon felling like a princess and a queen! Thank you Shannon and Kirsty for the amazing work you did. Love and smiles   .

I have been going to VIPz for about a year now and the girls never disappoint! My hair somehow feels in great condition despite my past of traumatising it with box dye. Everyone is always nice and welcoming and it always makes me excited for my appointments it's safe to say I won't be changing my hair dresser anytime soon xx PS: here's a picture my coworker took because she loved my new colour in the sunlight

Boxed dyed my hair black for many many years didnt think much could be done but today I left that salon feeling very HAPPY with the outcome of my hair, Emma worked wonders! she was so down to earth, kind and patient, made me feel very comfortable as did other members of staff smiling and offering hot drinks love a good coffee haha will be using this salon from now on for all my hair needs, highly recommended, thank you emma and thank you to the girls.Services:&nbsp;Hair straightening

Went to VIPz after my hair got ruined from a previous salon and I am so pleased with the service that was provided. Shanon was so sweet and went above and beyond in cutting & styling my hair to how I wanted and she did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back for more haircuts in the future!

Walk in without an appointment and accommodated which is always highly commendable and wish the welcome and hospitality had continued. For just a toner, olaplex and roots treatment- expensive and I do expect top class treatment at this price which thankfully did occur when Amaani took over and knew what she was doing. Without mentioning her name  as I won’t stoop to her level I was given the same lady as last time who turned my hair in to red/orange colour after bleaching and colouring incorrectly. My heart sank when she was allocated to do my hair. Luckily for me she wasn’t given the opportunity to ruin it again which was a coincidence as she became busy with another client. I don’t have time to write reviews and the low review is due to her appalling attitude - if you think customers don’t notice you pretending to search for a box sat down behind the counter to “bitch” about the client then you have a lot to learn in life, learn to respect others, grow up and have some morals for clients when they take time out of their busy schedule, pay over the top prices to come to to you when there is plenty of other places too. I wanted to voice my opinions and walk out at that point and go elsewhere.  - due to time restrictions I stayed and my patience with your behaviour paid off in the end as luckily Amaani took over at the right time, actually listened to what I wanted and recommended appropriately according to her expertise, she was pleasant, precision with care over little details, and professional. I only use this salon for my hair and my waxing. The stylist is amazing at her job. Big shout out to Kirsty.she never fails to make my hair look amazing no matter how long I leave it in between appointments. Kirsty has looked after my hair and helped it get back to a very good condition and growth. I have bleached roots and a toner and Kirsty makes sure she looks after my hair while doing this. Kirsty is very polite and chatty I’m very comfortable in her company. Kirsty is very attentive to her clients and always  presentable in her appearance.
