What a disappointing experience when Narberth generally always leaves us with a warm feeling of friendship following wonderful Customer service! Painted nails peeled within hours and not even a sorry until the bitter end! Every excuse under the sun other than it could possibly be faulty polish or application! This feedback is in the hope it’s recognised as helpful to increase your overall rating from 3.7 As a previous business holder I know how important it is to score a 5! Come on guys shape up! Sorry and sympathy go along way!
I can't speak for any of their other services, but do not, under any circumstances, book in for a wax here. I was over charged and left with a mess, even after returning the same day to fix their first attempt. I am utterly shocked at how much of a poor job they did. I have had to go to a different beauty salon to tidy it up. Do not even bother!!
This place is brilliant......everytime I go in there I am always absolutely delighted with the result when I leave.....my hair is always exactly how I want it to be thank you Utopia.
ABSOLUTELY FAB!!! Really experienced stylists, lovely salon, spotlessly clean, friendly girls in there, especially Jade. Will never go anywhere else!! Really pleased with the result!!
