Incredibly rude and unreliable, rang mid January to book with him and said he'd ring me back, finally called back last week (late February) and didn't turn up when he said he would nor did he call to say he wouldn't come. Rang again and was incredibly rude giving lots of excuses as to why he hadn't been in touch. None of them are my problem! Get over yourself

Adam surveyed our bungalow prior to purchase and recommended improvements including a new consumer unit. After we purchased the property he gave us advice on new modern lighting (down lighters), modern plug covers,security lighting etc. and fitted all of these together with rewiring for our new kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble for Adam and I highly recommend him.

UPDATE 24/11/17 - Had a new bathroom/shower suite fitted in May and retailers stated we would not require an extractor fan  - WRONG - first damp weather in October and shower running with transom window open as soon as hot steam met cold outside air condensation ran down the walls either side of the window marking the paint work. ADAM to the rescue and fitted us a powerful yet quiet inline extractor fan in the roof void vented outside through the facia boards. PROBLEM SOLVED. Rapid service and fitting at a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Utley Electrical carried out electrical/safety checks on a property we are purchasing. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again, and recommend highly.

I needed some equipment PAT testing before a music gig at short notice. Adam was incredibly helpful and reliable and sorted everything out really efficiently. It was so nice to be dealing with someone who was looking for a way to make everything work, rather that it being too much trouble. Thank you!!
