I can not praise these guys enough. Bought a car from them on 9th January 2016. Before I left they discovered one of the headlamps had failed. It was a Saturday so no chance of getting a replacement that day. I took the car anyway, and returned to Norfolk. They sourced a replacement headlamp (bi-xenon so a lot of money) and posted it to me. I got a local garage that I know and trust to fit the headlamp, and was going to cover the cost myself, but there were some complications and the bill was a bit more than expected. Spoke to the guys at Used Car 123 (Alan) and they agreed to pay half of the garage fitting costs. Which was a fantastic gesture given that they had just paid out for replacement headlamp. These guys are great, and honest too. Very fair price for the car I traded in, and a very very fair price on the car I have just bought. The car I bought was in showroom room condition and immaculate in every way. When it comes to change car again, I will certainly be checking out their stock lists. Cheers Brian

Prices are cheap and the staff are helpful when you are buying. Different story when you try and call them when there is a problem. They just don't want to know. The mechanism that opens the bonnet on my 09 1.4 Golf has broken. They claim that "interior trim is not covered" when in my case it is not the trim (handle) which is faulty, it's the inertial mechanism that routes all the way underneath the bonnet. The handle was stiff from the first time we viewed it in their lot but I have never owned a golf and just assumed that's how they were. It is obvious it was like from the start and even must have been like this when their mechanics gave the car a once over before they sold it. The lady on the phone was totally unhelpful, offered no advice or even asked any further questions, just saw a way to get me off the telephone and took it. Taking my car to a proper garage to get repaired and will send them the bill. So to summarise 1) They don't check their cars properly before offering then for sale, ignoring little faults in the hope that you don't notice 2) Their after sales service is appaling they will fob you off any chance they get. 3) The "warranty" that they offer is pretty much useless.

Bought a Volvo S40 for £3000. It was delivered with a flat tyre, and the MOT said that there is a nail in the tyre (not an expensive repair, but something that you would expect to be resolved before selling a £3000 car!) Next day, I went and corrected the tyre pressures which were all wrong. I took it for a drive later on and it just started shaking around very badly, so I stopped and called up Used Car 123. They told me that they cant help and that I need to call the warranty service. I called up the Warranty service, and the lady told me that she cannot assist as the car was not registered on their system (even though I had seen the rep doing it on the phone the day before!)... She then spoke to Used Car 123 who said that they had not yet added the car to the warranty system. This then caused me to be unable to get assistance as the car was not on the warranty system, despite them saying that it had been done the day before! I also paid a deposit which I was promised would be refunded after the purchase, however I have yet to receive this despite promises on two occasions that it would be done "straight away". Very very angry and very disappointed.

Used car 123 looked after me when I was buying a car. They had plenty of cars to choose from and took the time to make sure that I was happy with my choice. There was no pressure to buy and I got a good warranty and finance deal too. I will be going back to them when I change my car next time. Highly recommended.
