Colourist John is so experienced that I reckon he could produce a masterpiece in his sleep! Marcelo does a fabulous cut and style. Building is gorgeous and light and all the staff are wonderful. Great job on my eyebrows too not an easy task…

Edit [25/May/2021]: I popped in after being in lockdown, I needed that little boost and relaxation. Went for Thai massage, had a go in the HOCATT and popped into the Holy Carrot. Staff were still as amazing and made sure I was well looked after. Massage was perfect pressure mixed with stretches. Will post some images of the Holy Carrot yum yums!  October 2019: Not had a beauty treatment yet, but had my make-up done here and they did a wonderful job, paying attention to what I’d like whilst giving advice. As someone who doesn’t normally wear make-up they kept it fairly light and natural, which was really nice and you can tell she’s a proper hands on make-up artist who knows what she’s doing Elizabeth. I would post my images, but not keen posting myself in public domain.

When I first came to urban retreat I felt very impressed it looks like a paradise. You really feel relax straight away and you could definitely stay for very long time. To be honest most of the time I am going there because my best colourist is there NATALIA just remember this name. I change so many times colour than she always been here for me. I passed to blond, brown, ginger and now red. The point is when you change colour so many times there is always a process to follow to don’t destroy your hair. And that is the big reason why Natalia is so important for me. She always give me good advices and recommendations. The time is just flying, she is very fun and professional in the same time. When I am going there is my moment. And the result is always what I was expecting for, impeccable. So Natalia get ready I will probably see you soon for maybe blue hair.

Hair color w Natalia is as always amazing experience I’ve been going to her for years and I am never going elsewhere. She is the reason I came to UR, while getting my hair I got my nails done & booked a treatment at their medical clinic. More than happy w everything it’s nice to get it all done at same place and trust they have high standards throughout.  Highly highly recommend.  Edit- saw Marcelo for keratin treatment yesterday, he is such a sweetheart & im so glad I can go to one place & have everything done & everyone there is great at their expertise.

I’ve been a client of Natalia for ages for my colouring. I would never let anyone else touch my hair apart from her, she is the absolute BEST. Her work is always exceptional, perfect, and I always feel so beautiful afterwards! She introduced me to urban retreat and I fell in love with the salon, filled with talented, friendly and lovely people. I had my cut done with Janet, who spent time with me to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered an even better result. I couldn’t be happier! She has talent, experience and passion that makes her work astonishing. Definitely recommended!

Natalia is the best colourist out there ! She was absolutely fantastic , she listened to what I wanted during the consultation and advised me accordingly. Natalia is an absolute perfectionist and delivered an even better result than I could ever imagined. I will now go to no one else but her and I've been having my colour done for years by other colourists. I was tired of being a mousy brunette and she has now turned me into a natural blonde - a look which I adore. The Urban Retreat hair styling section by Angelo Seminara is the best in the country without a doubt and as for Natalia I can confidently say that she has gained me as a client for many years to come.

50% refunded for my £45 that I signed up with, absolute money grabbers as per the terms and conditions they use.  They expect all that time for you to waste, at 20% commission only, can you not see this is all for the name of the bigger brand. Its all slave labour and not even peanuts for all your hard earned cash! Do us favour, and start your reputable brands!!
