I heard a lot of good things about this place from friends and have finally got to try it.the good is expensive but absolutely wonderful.the staff are very friendly and quick.very close to Altrincham market.nice interior and seating available outside.definately recommend it as a place to visit even with it being expensive.
Had a really nice meal. My girlfriend's drink didn't taste right and it was changed straight away with no fuss. Staff are always friendly and polite. This is about the fifth time we've been and the food is brilliant every time. They add and change the burgers every few months so there's always something new to try. I had a beef burger with bacon and guacamole which was delicious. My girlfriend had steak which she really enjoyed and was cooked exactly as she asked for. All in all its a great restaurant and really reasonably priced given the quality of the food
Oh dear... would have given this 5 stars a few weeks ago, but lunch today very average. They catered well for 16, but we had given the orders in several days before, only to be advised by email this morning that we had ordered from an old menu. We were sent a barely readable photo of new menu that most found limited and uninspiring. A menu is not available online and payment is by cash only. We have been going here as a group from work regularly and always enjoyed it, but the majority today found choice and food not as good though service still great and voted to look elsewhere, unfortunately.
Been here a couple of times but not really been impressed, it's expensive for what it it, which is a slightly pretentious burger bar. Food took ages, then one of the orders was wrong, which the kitchen tried to make amends for quickly but turned out to be a rushed mess really
The vegan burgers that we have swaped the cheese to normal cheese were fine , yet the cheese burger that i ate was was horrble it was with way too much mayo and katup It was a problem with the vegan burger too and was way over cooked. The cheese tasted weird the only resson i don't rate the place one star is becausea of the staff . Yet they haven't know how big is the burger and said I can't choose my cook rate but they was very nice and kind . Yet with the kind staff doesn't save the bar , the food is bad and we were alone and still waited 30 minutes so please , do your self a favour and don't come and waste your money.
Generally need to book, which must be a good sign. A limited but interesting menu, mostly burgers but not all. Loved the TexMex burger with chilli fries. Cooked really well and really tasty. Dessert is basically a make your own ice cream combination, a brilliant simple idea. All lots of fun and a bit of a party atmosphere, can be very busy putting the staff under a bit of pressure. I'd recommend giving it a try.
We've eaten at Urban Burger loads of times now. It's a really good atmosphere with great music, the staff are brilliant - the manager goes above and beyond and is super friendly and the food.... the food is soooo good! It's my 1st choice for all occasions.
Has the most friendliest of staff & the food was served soooo quick! Went above and beyond for their customers . To top it off the food was lovely too . Really enjoyed my night here! Good vibes
Put things on the menu.... then claim when you get there, that it's just a "gimmick" and I can't actually have that! Wow You for real?? Massive con, it's a shame as was good few years ago, shame they ruined the menu, no decent chicken burgers just a beef menu!!! I was in there once a week! Until recently
We ate here last night with three generations of our family. The meals were superb and enjoyed by all. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Well done.
