Be warned there 10 year guarante is not worth the paper it's written on Door plastics splitting and locking mechanism not working are not covered and I would have to pay them a call out charge then parts and labour costs there customer care is terrible

When the door and panels were fitted we were very satisfied. However, recently we had occasion to ask to use the 10 year guarantee to replace a broken hinge on the top of the door. I was advised that I would have to send a photo of the broken hinge, and I would possibly have to pay. After sending a photo, I was phoned by the Company telling me it would cost £79.95 to replace this hinge. I had no choice as the door was not closing properly, and was only going to get worse. I have never had a problem with double glazed doors, and I have five other doors (not fitted by this Company I may add) I would question their products, and their design quality, and just what their 10 year guarantee covers.
