Miserable member of staff today when I went to return a parcel. Very rude , could barely hear her and then she shouted rudely at me. Don’t usually have an issue here but Lucy was very disrespectful
Friendly staff, especially Jo. She looks after you very well. Best post office. Open 9am, last collection here is around 4:40pm or so.
Absolutely love Jo the manager has amazing people skills always friendly and bubbly and always extremely helpful. Maybe Michelle from Hamworthy post office can take some serious tips!!! Louise is extremely helpful and friendly too! Best post office around. 100% amazing service! Top notch.
The staff are lovely. Always smiling helpful with plenty of good humour too. This place is much more than a post office, it’s a place that gives us locals a feeling of the best things in our community.
