If you like pleasure/narrow boats of all shapes and sizes then take a seat at Upton Marina. There are a few benches that can see the whole Marina from a raised viewpoint. Not much else to do here other than boat spot. Some traffic noise from the main road too.
We went here for the Upton blues festival. The campsite was well run with clean facilities. The music is spread around the town in pubs and 3 official stages. There are food stalls local takeaway and shops . This has been running for 20 years and is about perfect.
Came across this and stopped for breakfast, absolutely amazing spot and the breakfast was 1st class
I spent a couple of hours at Upton Marina when visiting my brother in Malvern, I normally drive past but this trip I popped in ?nAnd I am glad I did.nI decided before a wander around I would have lunch at the Marina cafe and once again I was glad I did, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food was very good, no decorated plate stuff as i call it, it was proper food and all of my party of three enjoyed the main and desert.nIt is definitely one on my list when I go to my Brothers.nAnd i can definitely recommend a visit
We came across this Marina after being diverted off the M5, due to a closure. I’m so glad it brought us through here, what a lovely place! We have looked into hiring a boat in the near future as they were full booked when we visited but will definitely be visiting again.
