Very poor service. Left a card stating that they would deliver to access point by 6pm. I went there at 8pm (20 min walk) package wasn't there!!! Waited over whole of weekend with no updates!!! Monday, I'm at work Used online tracker only to find they tried to deliver to my home again!!! Called Croydon Centre, managed to speak to a operator (answer "no" to all the recorded questions to get through to an operator) got told package would be delivered to access point again!!! I've wasted four days with this package now all down to a poor service by UPS. IF YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING DO IT!!!! YOU failed to deliver to the access point by 6pm.

This is the most appalling company I have ever had the misfortune of using. I ordered a mattress and was told it was arriving on Wednesday. My partner took the day off work and sat in all day waiting for it. He then noticed that on the tracker (if you can call it that) the delivery driver updated that he wasn't home and would try again tomorrow. Thursday comes, and my partner is standing outside our address, smoking when he sees hat the driver has once again updated, no one in, cannot deliver. Not once has the ups delivery driver even been on our road, let alone attempted delivery. Calls to the customer service center, 'oh we are sorry, he did try and deliver, you weren't in. We will try again tomorrow.' -pure lies!! Absolute liars!! Did they attempt to come back Friday, of course they didn't, but once again, they told us the attempt was made! I just want to point out, our doorbell is ridiculously load, all other felt company's are able to find us including Yodel, Amazon, Hermes. Why do UPS have such a hard time. Also, where was the notice card they normally leave at the letter box?? This company is full of liars. Fridays attempt was apparently the final attempt at delivering my mattress - which,by the way, the old one has now been removed, at a cost to me, because I was told the new one was coming Wednesday! Phone calls were made to UPS Friday afternoon whereby we were assured it would definitely arrive on Saturday! Saturday is here.. do we have our mattress, no! So, we have a second night of sleeping on a sofa bed. The whole point of getting a new mattress was because we both suffer with bad backs. UPS are currently telling customers that they are suffering a huge backlog of deliveries due to adverse weather conditions last week. That is fine and a perfectly reasonable explanation. But, do not tell me that you have attempted to deliver on 3 occasions when you haven't and then send my items back to the sender to get your backlog down! UPS are liars!!

Made an expensive order from a European company and had the misfortune of having these guys as my couriers. Driver supposedly came round and tried to deliver few times. BLATANT LIES as I was either working from home or had people at the address on stand-by for this delivery. Phoned them and to their credit the fella on the other line was very apologetic. With the fear that my goods would be shipped back I had to travel about 15 miles to their warehouse in Croydon (very shady characters in this area - was being eyed intently and perused by a dodgy geezer on a bike). I will not be buying from any supplier that uses these guys as couriers. These guys need to take these comments to heart and really fix up. The main issue I faced was with an unreliable driver NOT DOING HIS JOB.

These people just don't seem to understand the simple concept of what a "Signed for delivery'' means. Last year they left one of my "Signed for deliveries" outside and it got stolen. They had to pay compensation. Guess what - they are still continuing to leave my "Signed for deliveries'' in front of my door without obtaining a signature... How difficult is it to understand that a "Signed for delivery" is a high value delivery that cannot be left outside without obtaining a signature...

Totally useless. Called 3 times to be sure they had the right address and name as was delivering to work. First attempt they said it was closed and they could not deliver, even though company reception is 24/7. Second time they could not find the company as it was not stated in the address line ( I had called twice before to check they had the right address). Third time they delivered but with the wrong person name, so massive issue to find parcel. Well done UPS!
