I visited this UPS Access Point very briefly to drop off a parcel. Not having used UPS before I didn't know the process. I had followed the instruction within the parcel details but on arrival was asked to produce supporting documents, in triplicate. The helpful assistant helped me check my parcel and we identified the additional docs tucked in the address window. The assistant was friendly and professional and knew what she needed to do to help me get my parcel logged.
Brilliant UPS drop off point. Kind, friendly staff. Eager to help. Great shop too. Full of bargains.
They couldn't be more helpful here if you are posting a parcel and a great range of items as well. Thank you.
