State of the art centre that includes everything: pool, tennis courts, squash courts, football and rugby pitches among them. I was mostly impressed with the gym that has all the latest exercising machines plus many brand new squat racks with weights and barbells.

Wonderful facility and good coaches

Very recently joined. The swimming pool is good....great lane swimming provision. The fitness gym is clean and tidy but has a strong bias towards free weight training, and as a consequence there is minimal fixed machine training resources that might appeal to wider and more novices audiences. Perhaps my greatest concern is the car parking in the evenings......extremely poorly lit and with many moving vehicles and pedestrians at peak times, it really is an accident waiting to happen.
