Truly horrendous experience vets who do not tell you what is required. We changed to this vet practice as it was closer to home and had good reviews. The initial consultation was fine however the following experience was terrible. Our cat was unwell and a lump found he had blood tests which came back clear however there was still the lump to worry about. He was given an ultrasound with an explanation of it would be about 60 but 150 if he needed to be sedated. I was called to collect him and the nurse had no idea what treatment he had received and if he had been sedated. I informed the nurse I would like to know and was told I would be called later in the day. I asked for advice about food for my cat and at that point was told the vet had written up that Alfie should be moved onto a specific diet. I found the reception staff rude and unhelpful and their costs expensive. I would not recommend this vets and in fact we registered our puppy there but we will be moving him.

Wouldn't recommend anyone other than Upland Way Vets. Very professional and friendly team. Most importantly they always manage to get our much loved pets patched up and back on their way. If you are in doubt at your current vets, give these a try!

Good vets, kind to dogs. Great parking but no easy access without a car.
